Now, we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy for our Marketing Product suite, the Marketing Cloud.
What you will do
We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.
The CM.com Marketing Cloud enables customers to create hyper-personalized marketing campaigns that reach their end-consumers at the right time with the right message on the right channel.
As Product Manager, your objective is to guide the evolution of our Marketing product suite to the next level, making sure it meets the needs of modern business’ marketing teams and stays ahead with smart, user-focused innovations.
You will oversee & work directly with three dedicated product teams:
• The CDP team focuses on collecting, unifying, and activating customer data.
• The Inspire team develops real-time AI personalization features.
3. The Campaigns & Pages team builds tools for creating and automating email campaigns and landing pages.
You’ll work closely with our international Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to stay aligned with customer needs, market developments, and commercial goals.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
• Deeply understand the marketing software landscape and translate market insights into product direction
• Define and execute a clear product strategy for the Marketing Cloud, aligned with CM.com’s one platform vision
• Maximize customer value by ensuring the product is positioned, sold, and used as intended
The Product Manager reports directly to the Head of Product in Engage
In your first 12 months, you will:
• Own the strategy: Define and prioritize the product strategy for the marketing cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Drive innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer demands to continuously improve and expand the product.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with development, sales, and marketing and client teams ensure seamless execution of the product vision.
• Ensure continuity: Maintain the reliability and performance of the marketing channels, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
• Engage with the market: Focus on the CM.com visibilty in the market
• Work Together: Be an active and collaborative member of the team, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.
That’s why you ideally have
• Academic level of reasoning;
• Sufficient experience as a Product Specialist, ideally in a Marketing SaaS context, you have a wide experience in marketing software solutions;
• A strong interest in how (agentic) AI can transform marketing and automation, and you bring ideas or curiosity about how to apply these technologies to real-world use cases.
• Market awareness, you’re on top of marketing trends and you know the ecosystem of software vendors and marketing agencies;
• A strong interest in (technical) product development coupled with strategic experience in a commercial role;
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey visionary concepts to various stakeholders;
• A strategic, customer-centric mindset that enables you to oversee and safeguard long-term goals;
