Product Manager (m/f/d) Rental Software

You will play a critical role in developing the future of our digital internal products and enhance the user experience throughout the entire rental experience. You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives in the domain of our counter rental software.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Munich. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive innovation and business growth. As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive the user experience of our SIXT counter applications and create a compelling vision, mission, and roadmap for your products that inspire colleagues and achieve business goals
• You adapt a hands-on approach to tackle complex issues and pain points by analyzing data and visiting our corporate countries to collect valuable user feedback and deliver excellent results
• You collaborate with our operations and customer service department in order to understand the interdependencies of our processes and develop products with smooth end-to-end workflows that boost our global rental process KPI’s
• You deliver outcome-focused products based on a structured and prioritized backlog that make a significant impact on our bottom line
• You bring together business and tech teams and convey information to stakeholders clearly, up to a board level

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have several years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and are experienced in agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork
• Attitude & Mindset You bring a highly organized and structured approach to work, with a positive and hands-on attitude as well as an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on finding solutions
• Approach You display a strong focus on data-driven and impact-oriented approach and you are comfortable with metrics and KPIs and know how to translate strategy into actions
• Teamwork Experience in working with remote and distributed teams as well as experience in SaaS companies, while not essential, is a plus
• Communication & Languages You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for others and you are fluent in English – German is a plus
