Product Manager (m/f/d) - remote within Germany

Your team & working model: You’ll join an interdisciplinary Scrum team with UX/UI, engineering, QA, data science, and other experts. Using agile practices, you balance business goals with user needs and shape our marketplace. Fully remote is possible, with close collaboration encouraged in Karlsruhe or Berlin.

What you can expect:
• Varied work: Build new solutions and iteratively improve existing ones - for example checkout flows, payment integrations, listing creation and management, and compliance foundations.
• Teamwork and leadership: Collaborate with top colleagues and domain experts. Lead cross‑functional Scrum teams through strong lateral leadership. Own product decisions and outcomes. Make timely trade‑offs and drive initiatives forward.
• End‑to‑end ownership: Run discovery and delivery - from research and prototyping to implementation, performance measurement to decicions about how and when to invest further in your product(s).
• Data‑driven: Base roadmaps on data, evidence, and testable hypotheses. Validate assumptions, learn, and adjust course iteratively.
• Learning and culture: Embrace continuous learning, curiosity, and fun. Share through rituals, product demos, and company‑wide exchanges. Benefit from Flow‑Free Fridays, a meeting‑free day for deep focus, training, or self‑study.

What sets you apart:
• 3+ years as a Product Manager for digital products or services. Ideally with experience in checkout, payments, seller tools/dealer workflows, or related ecommerce infrastructure.
• Proven track record defining and shipping technical products using agile methods.
• Strong analytical skills. You use or source relevant data to make decisions and monitor qualitative and quantitative signals to iterate.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator. You empathize with users and stakeholders, convey ideas clearly, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• User‑centric builder of product experiences. You keep a high bar for performance while delivering iteratively with the best available information.
• Very good English required.
