Product Manager - Lending Platform

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in solving real consumer problems, shaping product vision, defining roadmaps, and building scalable products that drive the growth of the GoPay Lending business.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, Engineering, Design, Copywriter, Risk, Data Science, Customer Research, Operations, Finance, and Compliance, to deliver innovative, compliant, and delightful customer experiences.

What You Will Do:
• Product Ownership – Own the end-to-end product portfolio, from ideation and planning through execution and lifecycle management, delivering scalable and high-quality end-user experiences.
• Customer Centricity – Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding user needs and pain points, and championing customer-first solutions in high-impact problem spaces.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Copywriter, Business, Marketing, Risk, Data, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver successful product launches, define success metrics, and track ongoing performance.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making – Drive product strategy and prioritization using data analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and user insights to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Strategic Roadmap – Define clear, well-scoped product requirements and roadmaps grounded in user insights, data, and strong product intuition to guide execution and long-term growth.
• Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments through continuous research and analysis to inform product strategy.

What You Will Need:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably leading consumer-facing, large-scale digital products.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to partner closely with data teams to conduct analyses, design experiments, and build dashboards to support product decisions; proficiency in SQL is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Business, Data, Legal, and Compliance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
• Strong customer empathy and UX sensibility, with proven ability to apply design thinking to create simple, intuitive, and effective user journeys and interfaces.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, with close attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and execution excellence.
• Prior experience in fintech or lending is a plus.
