Your mission:
You will help us evolve our platform and scale our growth:

• Define what we build and why: You help us find the right things to build and turn complex AI capabilities into solutions for real problems.

• Build to learn, deliver with the team: You create simple, early versions to test hypotheses quickly. Once proven, you work closely with developers and designers to sweat the details and deliver a reliable experience.

• Partner with our customers: You deeply understand our users and their daily friction to build a product they genuinely love to use every day.

• Drive with data: You use data to validate your intuition, identify growth opportunities, and measure how users interact with our AI.

• Accelerate our growth: Identify friction points and design self-serve pathways that scale our Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales (PLS) motions.

• Scale how we work: Evolve our Product Operations, creating the systems and feedback loops that help our fast-growing team ship consistently.

• Act as the organizational glue: You are one strong team with engineers and design; and create alignment in the organization around our shared product vision.


Your profile:
• ~3 years of managing a product, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. 

• Product Builder: You have a deep understanding of software development and AI. You are a builder at heart who explores new AI tools and enjoys automating workflows. Comfortable in the unknown: You have professional experience with AI and LLMs and know how to navigate the unpredictable nature of building AI products.

• Impact-driven: You measure success by business outcomes and the value created for users, not just features shipped.

• Structuring for speed: You enjoy organizing chaos. You see "Product Ops" as a way to help the team move faster and with higher quality, not as bureaucracy.

• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and optimizing funnels in a PLG or PLS model.

• You are warm, pragmatic, and naturally curious. You ask the right questions, communicate clearly, and are a true team player who elevates the people around you.

• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).

Process:
Our process is built on respect and transparency:

• 30 min. interview with People Manager (cultural fit): Have a chat to get an understanding of Legartis and the role you are interested in. We in turn want to get to know you and your expectations of your next challenge.

• 15 min. interview with Head of Product (professional fit): Understand the professional requirements for this position better, as well as your future tasks and team setup. 

• 1h interview with Dev team (case study): To demonstrate your abilities, you have an in-depth interview with our product team. You showcase your abilities by presenting a real life use case in product management.

• Additional interviews: Meet the team you would be working with and take the opportunity to pose any remaining questions. One meeting will be in our Leipzig office to meet the team in person and get to know the work place.
