Our platform supports businesses in construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and other labor-intensive sectors with powerful tools for workforce management, payroll, payments, and financial services.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Fixa’s core fintech products, translating business strategy, regulatory realities, and user needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, operations, compliance, and commercial teams.
Core Responsibilities
• Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned with company strategy and regulatory constraints
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations
• Translate complex fintech workflows (payroll, lending, repayments, rewards, insurance) into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Drive product decisions using data, experimentation, and customer feedback
• Manage trade-offs between speed, risk, scalability, and compliance during growth phases
• Establish and improve product discovery, delivery, and documentation processes
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech or high-growth startups
• Proven experience scaling products from early adoption to growth or maturity
• Strong understanding of fintech best practices (payments, lending, risk, integrations)
• Experience leading teams and influencing without authority
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, fast iteration, and regulated environments
