Let’s start with the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Product Manager to join Kaizen Labs and Social, a key product vertical built on two strategic pillars:

• Labs serves as the accelerator for all Kaizen verticals, exploring emerging technologies and unlocking new opportunities to keep us ahead in the fast-evolving iGaming landscape.

• Social owns and evolves the Betano Social experience — our internal community platform that connects Betano users and enhances engagement within the product ecosystem. This is a product-driven community initiative, distinct from external social media channels or marketing campaigns.

As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our products — enhancing existing experiences while pioneering new solutions through experimentation, partnerships, and innovation.

What you’ll do

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and concept through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.

• Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality features using agile methodologies.

• Identify opportunities through market research, emerging technologies, and customer insights, acting as a strong advocate for the user.

• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure product performance and drive data-informed decisions and iteration.

• Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, leveraging collaborations with external partners such as startups, agencies, and academic institutions.

• Navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus on delivering meaningful business and customer outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within online, tech, gaming, or sports betting environments (not mandatory).

• Proven experience delivering impactful digital products and driving measurable business results.

• Strong understanding of agile principles and experience working closely with cross-functional development teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across technical and business domains.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to guide product decisions.

• Ability to build strong relationships, lead initiatives, and drive alignment across diverse teams.

• Passion for innovation, technology, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

• Fluency in English.
