Product Manager - Innovation Engine

🚀 Not your usual PM role. This is about building things from zero.

We’re searching for a high-calibre Product Manager to join our Innovation Engine team in Japan.

This is where new ventures are born: ideas tested fast, failures killed quickly, and wins scaled aggressively.

You’ll drive the end-to-end lifecycle of new products – from raw concept to market validation – operating within a proven three-stage framework:

Stage 1: Ideation & Discovery

• Turn whiteboard chaos into a pipeline of real opportunities.
• Run sharp market research and customer discovery to validate unmet needs.
• Prioritize and finalize MVP concepts worth testing.

Stage 2: MVP Live Testing

• Launch MVPs fast. No endless debates – build, ship, test.
• Define early adopters, collect feedback, track behaviour.
• Iterate in tight cycles, adapting quickly.

Stage 3: Stop-Iterate-Scale

• Decide: kill it, refine it, or scale it.
• Build GTM and scale strategies for the products that prove traction.

私たちは、日本のイノベーションエンジンチームに参加するプロダクトマネージャーを探しています。ここでは新しいベンチャーが生まれます。アイデアを素早く試し、失敗は即座に切り捨て、勝てるものは一気にスケールさせる。

あなたは新しいプロダクトのエンドツーエンドのライフサイクルをリードします。コンセプト段階から市場検証まで。3つのステージで動きます：

ステージ1: アイデア創出 & ディスカバリー

• ホワイトボードの混沌を実際のビジネス機会に変える。
• マーケットリサーチと顧客調査で未充足ニーズを検証。
• MVPの候補を優先順位付けし、テストすべきものを決定。

ステージ2: MVPライブテスト

• MVPをすぐに立ち上げる。議論より実行。
• ターゲットユーザーを定義し、フィードバックと行動データを収集。
• 短いサイクルで改善を繰り返す。

ステージ3: ストップ・イテレート・スケール

• やめるか、磨くか、拡大するかを決断。
• 成功したMVPに対してはGTM戦略とスケール計画を策定。

Requirements:
What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years Product Management with strong 0→1 experience.
• Proven track record in rapid experimentation frameworks.
• Resilient decision-maker who knows when to stop, iterate, or double down.
• Sharp in product discovery: customer interviews, prototyping, A/B testing.
• Metrics-driven, fluent in English & Japanese.
• Bonus: background in tech, telco, entertainment, gaming, or fintech.

This role reports to the Head of Innovation Engine in Japan and works closely with global teams. Expect autonomy, ambiguity, and the chance to shape the next big digital venture.

• 実験と検証に基づくフレームワーク経験。
• 「やめる・直す・伸ばす」の判断をデータで下せる人。
• ユーザーインタビュー、プロトタイプ、A/Bテストなどの発見スキル。
• データ指向で、英語と日本語に堪能な方。
• プラス要素：通信、エンタメ、ゲーム、フィンテック分野での経験。

このポジションは日本のイノベーションエンジン責任者にレポートし、国際チームと密接に連携します。自律性と不確実性の中で、新しいデジタル事業を形にする機会です。
