Product Manager II (Hybrid in Bangalore)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager II to join our Product Organization at Smartsheet to support our Digital Asset Management offering (Brandfolder by Smartsheet).

You’ll report to our Director, Product Management and collaborate with passionate teams across the globe to define the future of work collaboration.

You Will:

• Define a set of features/experiences based on customer needs, market trends, and business outcomes

• Socialize your work and drive alignment with cross-functional leaders; work closely with design and engineering to create compelling, high-quality customer experiences

• Use internal and external data to guide experimentation, decisions, opportunities and evaluation of success

• Partner with research, product design, data science and analytics teams to run experiments and test prototypes to validate hypotheses

• Communicate strategy, product insights, winning and losing experimentation, etc. to a wide audience

• Support other duties as needed

You Have:

• 3+ years of product management experience

• Successfully delivered and scaled delightful user experiences on high-scale platforms

• Experience prioritizing against and driving business outcomes

• Worked within agile development environments (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working on content-related products such as DAMs or creative tools (preferred but not required)

• A technical degree, or equivalent experience working closely with engineers
