Product Manager, IAM Service Delivery & Extensibility

The Senior Product Manager leads strategy for Thales’ cloud IAM solution, OneWelcome Identity Platform, shaping the platform roadmap and delivering shared capabilities across the IAM portfolio.

Owning Service Delivery & Compliance and Tenant Operations & Extensibility, the role ensures scalable, secure, and compliant multi-tenant operations—including onboarding, tenant lifecycle, configuration management, and customer extensions.

Working cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, and compliance, the Senior Product Manager bridges strategy and execution to enable innovation while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability and trust.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Define and execute the Product Line strategy, competitiveness plans, value proposition, and market positioning for cloud-based IAM solutions.

• Lead global market, customer, segmentation, and competitive analysis with Marketing and Business Intelligence to inform roadmap and differentiation.

• Own product planning and lifecycle governance, preparing business plans, roadmaps, reuse strategy, and market/user requirements for decision reviews.

• Act as global SME for IAM Service Delivery, supporting sales opportunities and customer engagements while maintaining and growing the OneWelcome install base with a zero-churn focus.

• Drive continuous improvement and service delivery excellence, ensuring enterprise-grade security, regulatory compliance, certification, and strong user experience.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, compliance, sales, and customer success to meet financial targets and align with broader portfolio strategy.

• Leverage data and AI-powered tools to improve product discovery, prioritization, and execution, ensuring responsible governance and customer trust.

Requirements:

Skills and Abilities:

• 8+ years of experience in product management or other customer facing roles
• 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience working on public cloud, multi-tenant SaaS offerings
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to present to and communicate effectively with customers and executive leadership

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in technology or business administration
