About the Role

HeyGen is redefining how video gets made - fast, multilingual, and powered by AI. We’re scaling fast, and we’re hiring a Product Manager, Growth to lead the charge across our web platform.

This is a critical role focused on user acquisition, website conversion, and growth infrastructure. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, marketing, SEO, and data, owning the strategy and execution across our web surfaces (homepage, landing pages, signup flows, and more) to drive scalable, sustainable growth.

You’ll obsess over how users land on HeyGen and what they do in their first 30 seconds. Your goal: turn interest into intent, and intent into activation.

🔍 What You’ll Own

• Drive conversion rate optimization across web surfaces (desktop & mobile), using A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and experimentation.

• Partner with SEO, performance marketing, design, and product to scale web-led user acquisition.

• Own the strategy for growth-driven landing pages, user flows, and web funnels.

• Define and instrument the metrics that matter and use them to prioritize work ruthlessly.

• Ship fast, learn fast, and scale what works.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in growth product management, ideally at a high-velocity startup or PLG company.

• Deep understanding of on-page behavior, CRO tactics, and how to build for intent.

• Strong technical instincts — you’re comfortable working with devs and SEO infra, and you can debug experiments or broken tags.

• Excellent collaborator — you speak both “marketing” and “product” and can align incentives across functions.

• Bias for action — you ship fast, measure impact, and improve constantly.

• Bonus: Experience with web-based acquisition platforms (e.g. CMS systems, no-code tools, dynamic page builders, etc.)

Salary Range

$160,000-$180,000 annually

HeyGen considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
