Days from idea to production, shaping what and how we are building. What you'll do: Lead customer discovery to identify friction across the account lifecycle (sign-up, login, recovery, consent, deactivation) and translate insights into prioritized opportunities. Drive data-informed decisions by defining success metrics, testing hypotheses, and using experimentation, funnel analysis, and performance dashboards. Define and implement product strategy and roadmap in partnership with global PM, engineering, analytics, and design teams, using agile practices. Balance security, usability, performance, and risk reduction while improving engagement, retention, and platform health. Stay current on industry trends in identity management, risk-based authentication, device intelligence, and personalization using intelligent systems. What you need to succeed: 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in large-scale consumer or platform environments. Highly analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in performance-based product development. Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer in globally distributed teams. Technically proficient with modern identity standards and protocols. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
