ROLE
The Finance area focus on providing the best tools to foster Financial Operations and Reporting Excellence in order to sustain fast business growth, while ensuring full compliance, financial control, and data traceability and auditability.

As a Finance Product Manager, you will collaborate with highly skilled engineers, business experts and others in a fast moving, multi-disciplinary environment. Above all you will have a hand on building the next level platform for the fashion luxury industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - pre impact analysis, deployment and post-deployment activities

• Proactively identify problems that arise in the project, outlines options, recommends solutions, and escalates as needed

• Execute product vision and strategy to leverage farfetch business model generating not only sales but optimizing profitability

• Manage the creation and maintenance of the High Level Roadmaps for your products within the Finance area

• Drive business outcomes by leveraging best in class processes and Products for the finance area

• Work very closely, in an agile environment, with the engineering team during the entire product lifecycle where you will be independent to manage and launch work items

WHO YOU ARE:
• Knowledgeable and experienced in implementation of complex solutions/products

• An excellent problem-solver and a professional with organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends

• Knowledgeable in working with Finance systems (is a plus)

• An excellent communicator (English is mandatory)

• Adaptable to a very fast paced and consistently growing and changing environment

• A professional with solid interpersonal skills in a multicultural and cross functional network

• Knowledgeable of the Scrum methodology (is a plus)
