Wir suchen dich!:
Als Product Manager eCommerce (m/w/d) bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Produktentwicklung, Business und operativem Shop-Setup. Du verbindest strategisches Denken mit hands-on Umsetzung und bringst unsere Shopify-Shops auf das nächste Level. Wir suchen dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort in München.

Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns::
Produktmanagement

• Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer eCommerce-Produkte

• Definition und Priorisierung von Features in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern

• Erstellung von Anforderungen (User Stories, Backlog-Pflege) für das Tech-Team

• Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

• Monitoring von KPIs und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Customer Journey

eCommerce & Shopify Setup

• Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Pflege unserer Shopify-Shops inkl. Erstellung von Designs und Content

• Integration von Apps, Zahlungsanbietern und Dritt-Systemen

• Umsetzung von Produktkatalogen, Collections und Content-Strukturen

• Technische und funktionale Optimierung der Shops (Performance, UX, Conversion)

• Unterstützung bei Launches neuer Features und neuer Shops

Dein Profil::
• Erfahrung im Product Management, idealerweise im eCommerce-Umfeld

• Hands-on Erfahrung mit Shopify (Setup, Konfiguration, Apps, Themes)

• Technisches Grundverständnis (APIs, Datenstrukturen, Schnittstellen)

• Analytisches Denken und Erfahrung mit KPIs & Tracking

• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Erfahrung mit A/B-Testing und Conversion-Optimierung von Vorteil

• Bestenfalls Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS oder Liquid (Shopify Template-Sprache)

• Erfahrung mit Tools wie Google Analytics, Klaviyo oder ähnlichen sind wünschenswert

• Kenntnisse mit Design-Tools, wie z.B. Figma, von Vorteil
