About the Role
As a Product Manager within the Digital Experience portfolio, you will be at the heart of how millions of fans discover and access live entertainment. This team owns the end-to-end fan journey across the Ticketek website and app during a pivotal era of digital transformation. You will be leading a dedicated squad, as well as partnering directly with the Head of Product to define the future strategy of the fan experience at scale.
Requirements:
What a day in the life looks like?
• Lead a dedicated squad, ensuring the team is focused on high-impact work aligned to the squad’s mission.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to delivery, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Ensure initiatives are strategically aligned with OKRs, building the 'right' thing at the right time.
• Translate user needs and business goals into a clear, prioritised product backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure efficient team operations, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery cadence.
• Balance the prioritisation of strategic initiatives with incoming business-as-usual (BAU) requests.
• Partner closely with Designers and Engineers to lead the discovery of new initiatives, including validation through research and user testing.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, define success metrics, run experimentations and report on performance.
• Actively contribute to establishing and maintaining product management best practices, processes, and tools across the Digital Experience portfolio.
• Contribute to, and help evolve the growing product practice, collaborating with the Head of Product and peers to shape impactful portfolio strategies.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
• Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a range of internal stakeholders, to align on goals, resolve conflicting priorities and manage expectations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocate for the customer experience across the business.
• Provide clear, executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders, distilling complex product progress into clear business impact and outcomes.
About you
Essential experience & skills:
• 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Management role or similar, with a strong track record of shipping successful digital products.
• Proven product craft in translating high-level strategy and vision into tangible, measurable product roadmaps and delivered customer value.
• Proven ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team, leveraging the strengths of each role (e.g. Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Designer, Engineers, QA).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Strong understanding of modern agile methodologies and how to apply them effectively to support a high performing team.
• A data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to inform decisions.
