Job Description

The Digital Delivery team builds applications to support government officials in their decision-making and operations. We build both web and mobile applications, and our systems are used by officials across a range of agencies. In a more turbulent world, we believe that it is critical for government to be better informed and better connected.

As a product manager within the team, you will lead the development of the next bound of our applications. You will chart product direction, determine product strategy and lead a team of engineers and designers in delivering value to our users.

Responsibilities :
• Play the Product Owner role in an agile product team, defining the product vision and owning the roadmap and backlog
• Work closely with UX designers to conduct appropriate user research activities such as discovery interviews and usability testing
• Gather and analyze user feedback and telemetry to inform product decisions
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to deliver timely and high-quality releases
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across government agencies to ensure product success
• Measure and track the success of product initiatives through appropriate KPIs and metrics

Requirements:
• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passionate and self-driven
