We are we looking for:

Our product team is at the heart of our ultra-high growth, innovation, and customer success. As a Product Manager you will own and drive our Engagement-focused Customer Data Platform (CDP) that caters to the data & analytics needs of Acqueon’s Customer Engagement Cloud. You will engage customers, sales teams, customer success teams and other PMs to understand their data platform needs and requirements. You will work closely with product managers, architects, software engineers, user experience, and documentation teams to define and deliver the platform capabilities.

As a Product Manager you will…

• Own the product, identify problems, and meet the needs of users and stakeholders, define and prioritize product requirements, lead agile development process, and execute timely product launches.

• Develop and communicate product visions and strategies and manage the roadmap, backlog, and user stories.

• Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.

• Implement usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirements.

• Translate customer needs to product functionalities.

• Work with the Product team leaders in planning the product roadmap.

• Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners.

• Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time.

• Do market research and perform a competitive analysis of similar products.

As a Product Manager you will need…

• 8+ years experience in product management or similar role.

• A people friendly persona with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills

• Strong presentation skills.

• Ability to think creative and solve problems.

• Prior experience in Contact Center domain will be preferable.

• Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.

• Extensive experience working with design and engineering teams.

• Prior experience in development or program management will be a plus.
