FourKites is looking for an ambitious and experienced Product Manager — Data & AI Platforms who can build the intelligence layer that powers FourKites' AI platform. Create data products consumed by customers directly, AI agents programmatically, and automated workflows. Lead both traditional BI tools and AI-native analytics that serve multiple consumption layers — human dashboards, agent decision-making, and platform automation.

What you'll be doing

Strategic Leadership (50%): Lead BI tools portfolio + define AI-native data products serving multiple consumption layers. Own product P&L and customer outcomes. Collaborate with AI Agent PMs to strengthen platform intelligence.

Technical Development (30%): Personally analyze data using SQL/Python to validate hypotheses. Build prototypes demonstrating value. Define data models and requirements for engineering teams.

Team Leadership (20%): Manage direct report on BI execution. Coordinate across AI product teams. Run emerging agentic projects as they mature.

What Makes This Role Unique

You'll be a 'full-stack AI product manager' who queries production databases, presents to AI Agent PMs, defines intelligence requirements, engages with customers on business value, and ships prototypes that power agent workflows — all in the same week.

Who you are

5+ years experience in the following

• AI-Native Product Thinking: Understand how data products power AI systems — not just dashboards for humans, but intelligence consumed by agents, workflows, and automation

• Data Product Instinct: Think in scalable products, not one-off analyses. Clear framework for what makes insights worth productizing vs. keeping internal

• Technical Hands-On: Proficiency in SQL/Python to independently explore data and build prototypes without waiting for engineering support

Strongly Preferred

• Platform/Systems Thinking: Design analytics serving human interfaces, AI agents, AND automated workflows simultaneously

• Team Leadership: Ability to guide direct reports while coordinating across multiple AI product teams

• Customer Translation: Translate complex data/AI concepts into business value for enterprise buyers

Year 1 Success Metrics

Launch 2-3 AI-native data products with measurable adoption • Deliver analytics integrated into AI agents and workflows • Reduce time-to-intelligence from weeks to hours • Build reusable analytical building blocks for AI development • Achieve revenue targets from data product offerings

Note: Role would require to work in Night Shift
