Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of product requirements for quantitative trading tools and financial derivatives.

• Develop strategies and features focused on user growth, engagement, and conversion.

• Analyze user feedback and performance data to iteratively refine and optimize products, ensuring they remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion for the Web3 sector or trading activities.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management within internet or financial services; preference for candidates who have managed products for large-scale user bases (tens of millions) or led initiatives from inception to launch.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with high levels of self-motivation and ownership.

• Bachelor's degree or higher; graduates from top-tier universities (e.g., 985/Double First-Class institutions) or those with international study experience are preferred.

• Location: Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen.
