YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

 

• You own and drive strategic cross-team product initiatives within Pricing & Revenue Management – from problem definition and discovery through roadmap development, delivery, and impact measurement.
• You lead stakeholder discovery and translate business needs into well-defined problem statements, hypotheses, and product concepts that align with strategic priorities and business impact.
• You develop and maintain a clear cross-team product roadmap, prioritizing based on business value, feasibility, and strategic fit while ensuring alignment across product, engineering, data, and business owners.
• You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Team Leads, and cross-divisional partners to align scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines – ensuring seamless integration of cross-cutting initiatives into team backlogs.
• You provide product leadership and strategic direction – challenging solutions, making informed trade-off decisions, and ensuring focus on solving the right problems with the highest business value.
• You track and measure business impact through KPIs, continuously monitoring success metrics and feeding learnings back into product decisions for ongoing improvement.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education & Experience: You hold a university degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or have equivalent professional experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in an agile, digital environment.
• Proven Product Ownership: You have demonstrated experience owning cross-team product initiatives – from discovery and roadmap shaping to coordinated delivery across multiple teams or functions.
• Strong Product & Execution Skills: You can frame problems, define outcomes, prioritize, and write clear, structured requirements – combined with strong organizational skills to manage complex initiatives, dependencies, and keep diverse stakeholders aligned.
• Data- & KPI-driven Mindset: You have experience defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs, using dashboards and analytics to support decision-making, and are familiar with experimentation approaches such as A/B testing and working with data scientists to validate hypotheses.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management: You possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management – with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Language & Environment: You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
