As part of our Media Technology & IT team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of media technology for Red Bull teams worldwide. From our self-developed media platform to one of Europe’s most advanced TV studios, we’re redefining how media is created, managed, and distributed.

 

We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s inspired by solving challenges, improving workflows, and delivering impactful B2B or B2E solutions together with a cross-functional team that empower teams globally. UNDERSTAND USERS & MARKET

You’ll deeply understand the needs of our internal users to identify the most impactful opportunities for improvement across content marketing and media distribution workflows. Through user research, business analysis, and market evaluation, you’ll enable product decisions that measurably improve user experience while supporting organizational goals. Staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in SaaS solutions, will help you shape innovative and future-focused products.

 

SHAPE PRODUCT VISIONS

You’ll define and evolve product visions and roadmaps that translate complex needs into clear, actionable direction. By optimizing end-to-end journeys and workflows, you’ll help teams work more efficiently and enable scalable, sustainable solutions for the organization. Whether evaluating and integrating SaaS solutions to the service portfolio or managing self-developed products, you’ll ensure that your work delivers tangible value and meets the needs of a fast-paced media business. The outcome shall be reflected in performance indicators, which will spark more ideas for the roadmap in a data-driven environment.

 

ENGAGE WITH STAKEHOLDERS

You’ll align diverse stakeholders around shared product goals and priorities, including users, business owners, management, vendors, and a cross-functional team. By making complex topics accessible and managing expectations transparently, you’ll enable effective data-driven decision-making and sustained buy-in in a fast-moving media environment.

 

DRIVE TEAM & CULTURE

You’ll actively shape a product culture built on trust, learning, and ownership. By fostering curiosity and entrepreneurial thinking, you’ll push boundaries and help the cross-functional team that you are part of to continuously improve how you deliver value to users. While you’ll be taking the lead for specific products in your team’s portfolio, you’re also ready to contribute to shared goals and collaborate on other products in that portfolio.

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as product management, UX design, software engineering, computer science or 3-5 years of practical experience in this field

You have a solid track record as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B or B2E environment.

Experience in Service Design or UX Design is a strong plus.

You excel at aligning diverse stakeholders by explaining complex topics clearly and guiding teams through change.

You are skilled at getting technical teams aligned and motivated towards clear goals and outcomes.

You take ownership, act transparently, and collaborate effectively across disciplines to deliver meaningful user experiences.

You use analytical thinking and data to make informed product decisions, especially when navigating ambiguity and tradeoffs.

You’re curious about new technologies, methodologies, and domains, and driven to share knowledge and coach others.

Fluent in English, German is a plus

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2760 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
