The Product Manager will own key consumer-facing experiences focused on user growth, engagement, and monetization. This role blends strong product thinking with a deep understanding of user behavior, incentives, and conversion mechanics to build scalable, high-impact consumer products.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end product strategy for growth and monetization journeys, including discovery, rewards, pricing, redemption, and transactional flows
• Develop a deep understanding of user psychology, motivation loops, and engagement drivers
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product hypotheses, experiments, and measurable outcomes
• Partner closely with design to create intuitive, seamless, and low-friction user experiences
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ship features quickly while maintaining a high-quality user experience
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, drop-offs, and engagement metrics to continuously improve conversion and retention
• Lead experimentation through A/B testing, feature pilots, and cohort analysis
• Act as the voice of the user across the organization, consistently validating whether solutions deliver real user value
What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing products
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or transaction-heavy consumer applications
• Strong user empathy with a solid understanding of UX principles and behavioral psychology
• Experience working closely with designers and engineers in fast-paced environments
• Ability to think holistically in systems, incentives, and end-to-end user journeys
• Clear communication skills with structured, data-informed thinking
