This is a high-ownership product role focused on building and scaling growth and monetization systems from the ground up for a global consumer mobile application. You will work at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue—owning key levers such as retention, engagement, and subscriptions. Over time, this role offers a clear path to owning the consumer business line and P&L.
This opportunity is ideal for a product leader with hands-on experience in global B2C mobile apps, who deeply understands growth mechanics and has successfully improved retention, engagement, and subscription funnels.

The Opportunity
• Build and shape a global consumer wellness product from an early stage
• High autonomy to experiment, iterate quickly, and drive measurable outcomes
• Clear growth path into Business Owner / P&L ownership for the consumer app
• Partner closely with founders on product, growth, and business strategy
• Participate in long-term value creation through equity participation
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Organic Acquisition
• Drive organic growth through product-led growth loops, referrals, virality, and funnel optimization
• Improve onboarding and activation flows to maximize early retention
• Collaborate with marketing on ASO and the install → activation → retention journey
Engagement & Retention
• Own and improve D1, D7, and M1 retention, DAU/MAU, stickiness, and cohort performance
• Build lifecycle journeys, nudges, and re-engagement strategies to drive habit formation
• Identify user drop-offs and launch targeted experiments to improve engagement
Subscription & Monetization
• Own the end-to-end subscription funnel: paywall → trial → conversion → renewal → win-back
• Improve LTV through pricing, packaging, and lifecycle optimization
• Run structured experiments across paywalls, offers, and monetization levers
Product & Experimentation
• Build growth and monetization systems from scratch
• Own and prioritize the roadmap aligned to growth and revenue outcomes
• Drive a strong experimentation and A/B testing culture
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and growth teams
Analytics & Lifecycle Management
• Track and analyze key metrics: DAU/MAU, retention cohorts, conversion funnels, churn, LTV, and CAC
• Translate data insights into clear product decisions
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools such as CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, MoEngage, or similar
Requirements
• 3–6+ years of experience in B2C Consumer Mobile App Product Management
• Proven success driving organic growth, retention, and subscription revenue
• Experience working on global consumer apps at scale
• Strong understanding of engagement loops, lifecycle journeys, and retention mechanics
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing and experimentation tools
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration
• Prior experience in wellness, health, or habit-forming products is a plus
• High ownership, builder mindset, and comfort working in ambiguity
