Product Manager - Central London - Leading Microsoft Gold Partner

Our client who are a leading Microsoft Gold Partner based in Central London are looking for a Product Manager to join their ever growing team where the successful candidate would be responsible for the end to end process of delivering, documenting and maintaining the features and components of their bespoke product.

Main responsibilities of this role:
• Maintain an understanding of market trends around Office 365, intranets and digital workplace
• Articulate and understand the product vision and strategy and how it relates to our clients
• Feature definition and appropriate levels of documentation to enable developers to build components
• Functional testing, acceptance testing and approval of new features
• Maintain internal and client facing feature documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain and plan milestone builds of the product, ensuring associated documentation is managed

Experience you should have:
• 2-3 years of product management or business analysis experience in a technology company, preferably in a B2B SaaS company with examples you can show us.
• Able to work autonomously; able to define your own work priorities and processes.
• Able to write clear product documentation and build wireframes.
• Able to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adjust as needed.
• Strong customer and stakeholder empathy.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Project management skills
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
• Occasional travel may be required.
