UMO is a stealth-mode FinTech venture aiming to evolve the way people experience money by building a unified, AI-powered, yet deeply human modern money platform across fiat, crypto, and investments - subject to regulatory approvals. The platform is being designed to break down traditional barriers to money across access, assets, and experience, enabling simpler, more adaptive ways for people to interact with financial services.

We are currently developing our MVP and navigating licensing requirements, with a multidisciplinary team of 100+ people representing 20+ nationalities. Key Responsibilities:

Own the roadmap and delivery of debit, virtual and credit card products.

Drive end-to-end implementation of card programs: from BIN sponsorship and scheme approvals to card issuance and transaction processing.

Manage integrations with card processors, personalization bureaus, and settlement partners.

Oversee enablement of Apple Pay, Google Pay, and tokenization services.

Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard regulations, PCI DSS, and local market requirements.

Work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to deliver scalable card solutions.

Define product requirements and monitor performance metrics (interchange, transaction volumes, active card usage).

Collaborate with payment networks and partners to optimize card economics and customer experience.

Requirements:

4+ years of product management or card program management in banking or fintech.

Proven track record of launching Visa and/or Mastercard card products from scratch.

Strong understanding of card scheme rules, BIN sponsorship, and regulatory requirements.

Hands-on experience with Apple Pay, Google Pay, tokenization, and card transaction flows.

Familiarity with card processors, personalization, and settlement operations.

Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
