About us:Jam City is looking for a motivated and skilled Producer to join our team. You’ll work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and producers to develop live ops content like events, sales, and visuals.

This role manages or participates in cross-functional efforts to develop and execute product development and launch plans. It involves creating new game and game feature ideas informed by product knowledge, analyses of player demographics and player behavior, and community and customer service feedback. The Senior Product Manager analyzes data, builds automated reports, and works with the analytics team to inform content and business choices during game development and post-launch, focusing on developing and retaining the audience and driving revenue through monetization strategies. This role works with game teams to identify, test, measure and improve high-impact product changes that drive growth in revenue, reach and retention. It also communicates relevant KPIs and updates to key stakeholders in a timely fashion. Additionally, this role may mentor and manage less experienced members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducts product management activities for a game or multiple games.
• Participates in managing analysis of player demographics, behavior and metrics and provides information regarding player market to identify desirable product features.
• Participates in managing product launches and/or introduction of new product features for assigned games.
• May lead and execute all or a majority of the tasks comprising semi-complex projects/processes/workflows that may impact future developments.
• Decisions and actions regularly have a moderate influence on the work of team members and other teams and assigned projects.
• Carries out assigned activities of unit/team/projects.
• Participates in contributing to and adheres to product vision and strategy.
• Participates in managing game features and gameplay strategy in response to changes in daily active users and monetization performance.Solves complex problems in resourceful and effective ways.
• Communicates with own team and across the organization. Receives, may interpret and transmits complex information requiring some explanation or interpretation.
• Determines methods for own work and leads other team members to complete assignments based on daily game performance information.
• May Mentor and manage less experienced members of the team.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
• Knowledge/Skills in content areas: Mobile gaming , Game development process and game life cycle, Data analysis (game/monetization analytics), Free-to-play market/trends
• Communications

• Recognized as an operating and procedural leader.
• Either has in-depth knowledge of some specialty areas or broad knowledge of many.
• Leverages in-depth knowledge to identify needs of and opportunities for teams managed and facilitates development of complex solutions.

Education & Experience:
• Typically has 5 to 8 years of progressively complex related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
