Now, only nine years after being founded, close to 8 million citizens use the itsme® app to identify themselves and sign documents online. Starting in Belgium, we successfully launched the itsme app in 32 European countries, with the ambition of becoming an internationally leading player.
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead our identification & Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) product stream in Belgium and the rest of Europe. This role leads product discovery activities to ensure a deep understanding of partner and end-user needs and translates that into a tangible product roadmap.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the product management team, design team, marketing, and sales team to drive customer and user value.
What your job looks like
• Product strategy & vision
• You own and report on product success metrics for your product lines (such as conversion, fraud, reliability, and adoption). You proactively monitor external trends and evolutions in your domain (competition, regulation, opportunities) and share these with internal stakeholders
• You translate user insights and the company strategy into a comprehensive product roadmap by capturing input from stakeholders (end users, partners, legal/compliance requirements) and quantifying the business value.
• You align internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and delivery teams) to ensure a successful go-to-market.
• Value delivery orchestration
• You coordinate the concept and refinement track across teams to ensure solution proposals are well‑defined, understood and aligned. You validate that solution requirements accurately reflect the underlying business and user needs.
• You ensure all stakeholders share a consistent view of the problem, desired outcomes and constraints.
• You support delivery teams with clear requirements and context, while operational delivery remains owned by Product Owners and the Delivery team.
• You engage in best practices sharing to continuously improve the product management team and way of working.
