Product Manager (all genders)

Your role:
As a product manager (all genders) at SYNAOS, you inspire your product team with your vision! You know which problem needs to be tackled next in order to develop a product that our customers and users will love and that will drive our business forward.

Your mission:
• You will lead your cross-functional software team based on our product strategy and your in-depth knowledge of the industry, the market and our competitors
• You have a clear understanding of customer needs and the daily challenges our users face
• You ensure that the right solutions are implemented by focusing on measurable product results.
• You are responsible for both the product roadmap and successful delivery through active sprint and release management
• You maximize the effectiveness of our product development by coordinating priorities with other product teams
• You ensure the success of upcoming projects by providing excellent support to external and internal stakeholders

Your profile:
• You have several years of experience in software product management and have worked as part of a software development team.
• Ideally, you have expertise in the B2B/enterprise software environment, e.g., in the areas of industrial IoT, manufacturing, or logistics.
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with technical problems.
• You have experience with agile methods and actively managing software releases in collaboration with software development teams.
• You are results-oriented and focused.
• You are a strong team player.
• You have excellent communication skills.  
• You are business fluent in German and English.
