Your mission::
• You will develop new products for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements and the business cases you create
• You will define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with other product managers, designers, and our development team, and oversee their implementation in an agile development environment
• You enjoy gaining in-depth knowledge of international market trends and customer requirements in the industry, as well as familiarizing yourself with new technologies
• To this end, you are in constant contact with our global sales team and our customers around the world
• You understand our customers and their needs
• You develop go-to-market strategies and work closely with our marketing and other departments to promote new products and features
• Monthly reporting of key metrics to highlight the performance of the products and features under your responsibility
• Working independently and thinking entrepreneurially come naturally to you
Your profile::
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the energy or software sector
• Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, software engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in the renewables industry, ideally with battery (BESS) and PV systems as well as monitoring/control solutions
• Experience in data-driven product development (e.g., KPIs, metrics, user feedback) and market analysis
• Experience with agile software development, requirements management, and ideally LLM-based applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills and fluency in German and English
