Product Manager

We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we're looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering features that improve the user experience and drive business value.

This position is available immediately and offers flexible remote work.

What you will do

As a Product Manager at Smeetz, you will be responsible for the success of our SaaS product. You will work closely with the engineering, design, sales and marketing teams to define and execute the product strategy, develop new features, and improve the user experience.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with overall company goals in collaboration with the Head of Product, CTO, and CEO.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work with the engineering team to estimate feature timelines and ensure roadmap feasibility.
• Collaborate with the design team to build intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces.
• Track product performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results.
• Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding the product roadmap and progress.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Experience with AI-driven products.
• Strong product vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to define and lead a product strategy from ideation to launch.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Dynamic and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
