Product Manager - AI Products

YOUR ROLE::
• We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager for SiteGround’s AI products:

• AI Studio is an AI workspace that provides access to multiple LLMs, a prompt library, and AI agents (including a WordPress-focused agent), offered in token-based tiers.
• Coderick AI is an AI website and web app builder that turns natural language into working projects, with capabilities that include building functional apps (e.g., with database/authentication), iteration, and publishing under paid plans.

As a Product Manager, you will drive discovery, define strategy, and lead execution with a cross-functional team to deliver measurable user and business outcomes in a fast-moving AI landscape.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES::
• Set and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for AI solutions, aligned with business goals;
• Discover and evaluate strategic product opportunities in the rapidly evolving AI landscape;
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and business opportunities, leveraging AI to solve complex problems;
• Conduct in-depth business research for each AI functionality to identify value and feasibility;
• Define robust business logic and objectives for new AI features and initiatives;
• Own, prioritize, and maintain a strategic product backlog with clear acceptance criteria;
• Craft clear and impactful UI copy that demystifies complex AI features for end users;
• Lead collaboration with Product Designers, Marketing, Developers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, QA, DevOps, and other teams to maximize product value;
• Facilitate and lead product refinement meetings, ensuring clarity and direction across teams;
• Build and maintain alignment and shared understanding around product objectives and roadmaps;
• Represent SiteGround in communications with third-party service providers and manage key integrations, particularly in the AI ecosystem;
• Stay at the forefront of AI industry trends and advancements to inform product innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

OUR EXPECTATIONS::
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product role overseeing digital product development;
• Proven track record delivering successful products;
• Deep understanding of AI concepts with the ability to transform technical potential into user-centric product value;
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude.ai, Google Gemini/Vertex is highly desirable;
• Demonstrated experience leading both product discovery and delivery for SaaS or digital solutions;
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, GitHub, Jira, Notion, Hotjar, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, and similar;
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional, multidisciplinary environments;
• Аbility to translate complex AI concepts into actionable requirements and user-friendly experiences;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Skilled at leveraging data to drive strategy and execution;
• Fluent English (both written and spoken);
• Results-driven leader with a growth mindset, high ownership, and a passion for technology and AI innovation.
