Wolt is looking for four master’s students or recent graduates to join our Product Management team for a 4-month period this summer. The preferred start date is May or June, but the exact timing is flexible and will be decided together with the candidate. Top-performing interns receive permanent job offers at the end of their internships, with the possibility to wrap up their studies before starting full-time.

What you’ll be doing

As a Product Management Intern, you’ll be working together with an experienced Product Lead in one of our product teams. Product teams at Wolt are responsible for a specific product or domain, including products like Wolt App, the Merchant App used by our merchant partners, and the Courier App used by our courier partners. There are also teams working with products for support, logistics, finance, personalization, and many more. Read more about how we build our products here.

Product Leads at Wolt make sure that the product is a success. They are responsible for understanding business needs in their domain and helping build the product roadmap to get there. They take the lead in scoping product solutions together with designers, analysts, and engineers, prioritizing work together with the team, communicating with stakeholders, and setting the product vision.

During the internship, you can expect to take ownership of product streams in 1-2 key product development projects. Whether you're driving product enhancements to improve basket creation and order delivery for our Consumers, building ML forecasting tools on the courier side, diving deep into the world of our FinTech products or building new products from scratch, you'll have a real impact at Wolt from day one.

In practice, you will be:

• Collaborating with designers to understand customer problems

• Working with operational teams around the world to understand business requirements

• Analyzing data (with Excel, Looker, or SQL) to drive decision-making and prioritization

• Solving problems together with the engineers

• Sharing knowledge across the organization

You will get extensive support and mentoring from the Wolt community to help you learn and grow into your role. This is a full-time paid position in Helsinki, Finland. The salary will be 3700€/month.

Our humble expectations:

• You are finalizing your education in a relevant field, for example, business, computer science, economics, or engineering

• You have a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with people

• You have solid analytical skills and are comfortable working with data

• You are able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights

• Previous experience working with digital products, projects or product management is a plus

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus – whether it’s startups, scale-ups or management consulting

The process then continues with a take-home assignment, followed by a second interview with one of our Heads or Directors of Product to present your work, and a final interview with our Chief Product Officer.
