Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Director of Product to lead Paytm’s Travel business. This role will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution across travel categories, shaping how millions of users discover, book, and manage their journeys. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the travel ecosystem, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact products. You will drive growth, optimize customer experience, and build innovative solutions in partnership with engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities
1. Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Paytm Travel, aligning with overall business goals and growth targets.
2. Identify new opportunities across the travel ecosystem (flights, trains, buses, hotels) through market insights, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
3. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance and outcome-driven culture.
4. Partner closely with engineering, design, business, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality travel experiences.
5. Own key business metrics including conversion, retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction across the travel funnel.
6. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization at scale.
7. Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging analytics, experimentation, and customer insights.
8. Collaborate with marketing, supply d operations teams to execute go-to-market strategies and unlock growth opportunities.
9. Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance supply, pricing, and overall user experience.

Qualifications
1. 10+ years of experience in the travel industry (flights, trains, buses, hotels) with strong product leadership.
2. Deep understanding of travel booking flows, supply ecosystem, pricing, and post-booking experience.
3. Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact consumer travel products.
4. Strong analytical mindset with experience driving growth, conversion, and customer experience.
5. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
