As our Product Learning Designer (m/f/d) in the Capacity Building / Product Team, you play a key role in building and maintaining our library of educational content. Your mission is to turn Customer Success and Product Management expertise into digital, scalable project guidance. Your responsibility is to ensure customers are empowered with up-to-date, accurate, and high-impact learning materials that enable them to successfully navigate their projects.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customers can independently understand, implement, and succeed with IntegrityNext’s solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a digital learning / learning design background or a Customer Success (SaaS) background who enjoys structuring processes and turning them into clear, user-centric content.
What can you expect?:
Customer Enablement Content Ownership
• Own and manage all customer-facing project and onboarding content from a CSM & Product perspective
• Translate live customer interactions, best practices, and project guidance into scalable self-service content
• Ensure customers get project guidance through structured learning paths
• Embed capacity building across multi-product portfolio
Content Strategy & Development
• Design and continuously improve learning journeys, modules, and content formats for different customer roles, of different company sizes and industries
• Create and maintain learning assets such as videos, tutorials, guides, slide decks, scripts, and FAQs (in English)
• Ensure content reflects product updates, regulatory changes, and evolving customer needs
Learning Management System (LMS) Ownership
• Manage and curate content in the LMS, including structure, tagging, updates, testing, and publishing
• Ensure high usability, discoverability, and consistency across all learning materials
• Act as the main point of contact for customer content within the LMS
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Customer Success and Support Managers to extract tacit knowledge and project experience, as well as frequently asked topics
• Collaborate with Product Management to align content with product strategy and roadmap
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and didactic quality
• Collect feedback from customers and internal teams and translate insights into content improvements
• Monitor content performance, use usage data and feedback to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
What should you bring along?:
Experience & Background
• Previous experience in digital learning, instructional design, or eLearning, ideally with exposure to software products
• Degree in Educational Design, Instructional Design, E-Learning, Communications, Business / Management, or a comparable qualification, such as teaching
• Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Enablement Manager, Education Content Creator, Product Educator, or similar role in a SaaS B2B environment
Content & Learning Skills
• Strong ability to structure complex topics into clear, user-friendly learning content
• Experience creating digital learning assets (videos, presentations, written guides, tutorials)
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content organization principles
Working Style
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable owning topics end-to-end and working independently
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on usability and clarity
Tools & Language
• Comfortable with common office tools (e.g.PowerPoint, Excel) and learning management software
• Technically curious and excited to experiment with new tools, especially video and digital learning technologies
• Fluent in English and German
Collaboration & Communication
• Proactive communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders
• Able to extract knowledge from experts and translate it into clear content
• Confident in aligning different perspectives into one coherent content strategy
• Passion for learning culture and digital learning processes
