The Role 🥳

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Leader to own and scale our Chat product - one of our most strategically important initiatives and growth engines for the business. This role reports directly to the founders and carries significant ownership to shape the future of how work gets done through our AI-powered chat interface. You will be responsible for taking Chat from its early infancy to millions of users, defining the product vision, strategy, and execution across all dimensions.

As the Product Leader, you will own the complete product strategy and execution, from understanding user needs and competitive dynamics to shipping features, optimizing funnels, and driving adoption. You will work closely with engineering, design, and our enterprise team to balance both self-serve, product-led growth opportunities and enterprise requirements.

You'll need to think like a founder - bringing vision, autonomy, and the ability to make compelling cases for your roadmap. This is a hands-on role where you'll be deeply involved in product decisions, user research, and strategy, while also collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure Chat becomes a flagship product that transforms how people delegate work to AI.

• Define and execute a bold product vision for Chat, aligned with our mission of empowering anyone to delegate work to an AI workforce.

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, from conception through launch, with accountability for scaling Chat to millions of weekly active users.

• Drive product-led growth strategy while balancing enterprise customer needs and ensuring the product serves both segments seamlessly.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to prioritize features, define the product roadmap and execute with a high degree of excellence.

• Establish new product processes, best practices, and metrics frameworks that enable scalability and data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct user research and champion a deep understanding of customer needs to inform product strategy.

• Lead major product initiatives that define how users interact with and trust AI agents to complete their work.

• Demonstrate founder mindset with high autonomy, strong product taste, and the ability to articulate and sell the vision both internally and externally.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

• Proven track record leading consumer-facing or prosumer SaaS products that have scaled to 1M+ active users - ideally from early stages to significant scale.

• Deep expertise in product-led growth (PLG) strategies, self-serve funnels, and driving both user acquisition and engagement at scale.

• Founder mindset with high autonomy, strong product taste, and the ability to articulate and sell a compelling product vision.

• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and define clear product strategies, from research and validation through execution.

• Understanding of what makes products "sticky"—user retention, engagement metrics, and the factors that drive adoption in competitive markets.

• Passion for AI and the future of work, with a vision for how AI-powered interfaces will transform how people accomplish tasks.
