About Tervio.AI
Tervio.ai is a cloud migration intelligence SaaS platform. Tervio empowers organizations, AWS Presales, Solutions Architects to plan, model, and execute cloud to cloud migrations through automated billing analysis, service-level mapping, cost comparison, and detailed readiness reporting — all delivered via a self-serve web platform.
The platform is actively used by AWS Presales, Solutions Architects, AWS partners, and clients to de-risk migration decisions and accelerate time-to-value on AWS.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Lead to serve as a critical supporting function for Tervio.ai's growth. This role reports directly to the CRO and works alongside a team of former Amazonians with deep AWS partnership networks who own the relationships with AWS Presales, Solutions Architects, and enterprise clients.
Your core strength will be speed of translation — you will absorb field feedback from AWS Presales, SA teams, partners, and clients and convert it rapidly into well-defined product improvements. Rather than being the face of the product externally, you will be the engine behind it: ensuring that every signal from the field becomes a clear, prioritized, and well-executed product decision. You will also support the CRO by preparing demo environments, attending key partner and client meetings as the product expert, and maintaining a roadmap that directly reflects what the market is asking for.
Key Responsabiities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive Tervio's product vision, long-term roadmap, and go-forward strategy.
Identify target segments, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and high-value use cases within the AWS partner and enterprise migration ecosystem.
Align product direction with company growth objectives — ARR growth, partner expansion, and customer retention.
Maintain a clear point of view on the competitive landscape, including AWS-native tooling (Transform, MAP) and third-party migration platforms.
AWS Partner & Client Engagement
Support the CRO and field team as the product expert in meetings with AWS Presales, Solutions Architects, AWS partners, and clients — capturing feature requests and ensuring feedback is immediately actioned.
Prepare and maintain demo environments and capability walkthroughs for AWS Presales & SA teams, enterprise prospects, and channel partners.
Participate in capability sessions alongside the CRO to provide product depth on Tervio's migration
intelligence features, data models, and technical differentiation.
Ensure AWS partner program and competency requirements are reflected in the product backlog with clear delivery timelines.
Roadmap & Execution
Build and maintain a data-driven product roadmap, balancing customer impact, revenue potential, and
engineering effort.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria; partner closely with engineering to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Translate AWS partner competency requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
Maintain the integrity of core product logic: service mapping rules, cost calculation models, and report
output quality.
SaaS Metrics & Business Ownership
Own and track core SaaS KPIs: ARR/MRR growth, customer retention & churn, feature adoption, and activation rates.
Continuously optimize CAC vs. LTV dynamics through targeted product improvements.
Define and maintain dashboards that surface usage patterns, adoption gaps, and expansion opportunities.
Customer & Market Insight
Act as the Voice of Customer — engage directly with AWS Presales, Solutions Architects, AWS partners, clients, and prospects to surface needs and pain points.
Analyze product usage data to identify friction points, underutilized capabilities, and expansion opportunities.
Conduct structured interviews, demos, and discovery sessions; synthesize insights into the product backlog.
Go-to-Market & Commercialization
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define product positioning, messaging, and differentiated value narrative.
Support enterprise deals through customized demo environments, product collateral, and technical pre-sales engagement.
Drive pricing, packaging, and tiering strategy in alignment with SaaS best practices and AWS partner incentives.
Product Lifecycle Ownership
Own the full SaaS customer lifecycle for Tervio:
Acquisition - Activation - Adoption - Retention - Expansion
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead collaboration across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Act as the primary decision-maker on product priorities and trade-offs.
Drive alignment between product, engineering, and GTM teams on roadmap and release plans.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Define success metrics, build reporting dashboards, and run structured experiments to continuously refine product direction.
Use A/B testing, cohort analysis, and usage telemetry to validate product hypotheses before committing engineering resources.
Qualifications
Required
7–12 years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a product lead or ownership role.
Proven track record in a B2B SaaS product environment — ideally cloud infrastructure, migration, or data platforms.
Hands-on familiarity with AWS and/or GCP — services, billing structures, cost management, and infrastructure concepts.
Demonstrated ability to conduct technical demos and capability walkthroughs for both technical and executive audiences.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models:
ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, and activation funnels.
Experience driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Based in Mexico (fully remote).
Preferred
Prior experience with AWS partner programs, co-sell motions, or AWS competency evaluations.
Familiarity with cloud migration tooling: AWS Transform, AWS MAP, Migrate for Compute Engine, or equivalent.
Experience in AI/ML-driven products, FinOps, or cloud cost intelligence platforms.
Proficiency with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Background in an agile/scrum development environment — writing user stories and grooming backlogs.
