WHAT TO EXPECT:

We’re hiring a Product Lead to set the product vision and strategy for our SaaS portfolio (Pressplay.run and Catchbase.ai) and turn that strategy into measurable outcomes. You’ll define where we play and how we win, align the team around the most valuable customer problems, and drive a focused roadmap that moves activation, adoption, and expansion. You’re outcome-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable validating ideas quickly.

Reporting to the co-founder/partner responsible for our product line-up, you’ll own the product direction end-to-end: clear north stars, crisp prioritization, tight discovery loops, and predictable delivery. You’ll lead a team of Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success/PMs to ensure the roadmap unblocks deals, improves retention, and supports expansion—without losing sight of long-term product defensibility.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

• Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision, strategic pillars, and multi-quarter roadmap tied to revenue outcomes.

• Outcome-based Roadmapping: Prioritize by explicit hypotheses (new MRR, expansion, churn reduction) with success and kill criteria.

• Customer Discovery: Structured interviews, JTBD problem framing, and validation plans that turn insight into specs and metrics.

• Delivery & Quality: Write clear PRDs/specs (and review specs from other PM team members), run effective rituals (technical refinement, sprint planning, , coordinate QA, and land “deal-unblocker” releases when needed.

• Commercialization: Work with the GTM & Sales Manager on pricing/packaging, value metrics, and marketing; support with demos and materials.

• Platform & AI Stewardship: Work with your engineering team to guide model/infra choices (latency, reliability, cost controls, guardrails).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management (or strong equivalent) with shipped work that moved top-line metrics. Ideally 0-1.

• Demonstrated ability to craft product vision and strategy and translate them into an executable, outcome-driven roadmap.

• Strong discovery and experiment design; fluent with product analytics and basic SQL/Sheets.

• Clear technical communication; comfortable making trade-offs with Engineering and GTM.

• Hands-on prototyping ability (AI tooling/low-code) to accelerate learning when appropriate.

• Excellent written and verbal English; calm, structured collaboration across functions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI/LLM products (prompting, evaluation, guardrails/observability).

• Experience with monetization design.
