⭐️ The product manager role ⭐️

Product Managers at Alan are responsible for going deep on user needs, defining a product strategy, and turning it into a high impact product roadmap.

• You'll work closely with designers, engineers and ops to define the right product and implement it.

• You'll partner and align with all parts of the business: GMs, Sales, customer care, insurance.

Claims: where Alan's promise becomes reality

Own the global claims experience: the moment where Alan's promise of "taking care of you" becomes real. When a member submits a claim, they're often anxious: Will I be covered? How long will this take? Did I do it right? Our job is to turn that anxiety into relief and trust.

Today, our reimbursement speed and craft set us apart. But we're not satisfied with "good". We want to push the boundaries of what's possible and set a new standard for the industry. We believe the best claims experience spans the full stack: delightful UX/UI, operational excellence, technical excellence, lightning-speed customer support… in every country where we operate.

You'll define what the next level of claims excellence looks like, build scalable foundations that work across countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada, and more coming up), and ensure Alan remains the reference for what insurance should feel like.

⭐️ About you ⭐️

You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:

• 6+ years of product related experience (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy), with proven track record handling products across multiple countries or markets

• Excited to zoom into highly complex insurance rules, understand them deeply, and translate them into radically simple member experiences.

• Strong technical fluency allowing you to partner effectively with Engineering and Data; understands what's feasible and what's hard; has experience managing complex migrations.

• Ability to influence without authority: rallying distributed teams around shared vision and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

• Enthusiasm about teamwork, an open and curious mindset, and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.

• Fluency in French & English required
