Position Summary: Product Launch Senior Consultant  (Full-Time)

MHC’s Product Launch Senior Consultants support our client’s product launch efforts across a variety of therapeutic areas, leading and guiding launch teams to achieve successful product launches. As a Product Launch Senior Consultant, you will partner with Brand Managers, Functional Leads, Launch Excellence COEs, and others, providing superior services consistently exceeding client expectations. This is a “hands-on” Launch PM role to drive strategic execution. Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of life sciences (pharma, biotech) experience, and 3+ years of consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive launch planning: Create detailed launch plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, ensure organizational alignment, and proactively address overall launch needs and concerns. 

• Lead launch execution: Oversee readiness reviews, execute day to day project management activities, manage stakeholder communication, identify and manage risks & opportunities, track progress and reporting KPIs, conduct Day 0 planning and execution

• Foster strong client relationships: Partner with brand managers, functional leads, and key stakeholders to elevate MHC as a trusted partner.

• Drive growth of firm: Actively engage in a variety of business development efforts, help build opportunity pipeline, create proposals, serve as an ambassador for the MHC brand, and participate in industry associations and networking events.

• Elevate MHC internal launch capabilities: Support launch practice maturity by contributing to service offering development, go-to-market strategy, and developing new tools and processes.

• Embrace and live MHC cultural values: “ACES” (Accountable, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, and keeping it Simple). 

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in life sciences (pharma, biotech) leading product launches across multiple therapeutic areas in the US and Global.

• 3+ years consulting experience required.

• Superior proficiency in PowerPoint. Strong skillset in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or other project management tools. 

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus. 

• Located in the PA/NJ/DE Area preferred.

• Travel may be required for client meetings.
