Product Implementation Owner

Join us as a Product Owner! 

We are looking for a Product Owner with consulting background, strong client management skills, sharp structure, and the confidence to own meetings with senior stakeholders. Here, you will drive digital and AI-powered implementations, guide Business Analysts, and shape the delivery of innovative digital solutions that truly make a difference.

Your future tasks: 

Researching, analysing, and translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable development needs

Leading the implementation of our product at our clients, ensuring structured delivery and active client engagement

Managing relationships with internal and external business stakeholders, leading discussions and meetings at senior/executive level

Acting as the main liaison between the business and development teams; ensuring alignment, clarity, and measurable progress

Coordinating and mentoring Business Analysts to ensure consistent quality and clarity in documentation and delivery

Preparing and presenting status updates, and steering committee materials that clearly communicate the product implementation progress and business impact

Keeping strict deadlines, identifying dependencies, and anticipating potential problems

Prioritising and validating development needs, maintaining and updating backlog items

Supporting the continuous improvement of team performance, including evaluation and feedback

What we expect from You

Have at least 3 years of Product Owner or consulting experience in complex digital environments; ideally within banking, financial services, fintech, or larger-scale system integrations

Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with confidence leading discussions and presentations with senior leadership

Experience coordinating Business Analysts or cross-functional teams; capable of connecting strategic vision with operational execution

Proven ability to structure complex information and present it clearly, including the creation of concise, logical storylines and executive presentations

Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, ability to balance multiple interests diplomatically, with a consultant mindset

Familiarity with financial products especially lending is an advantage

Strategic, results-oriented, and highly organized approach; comfortable making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, etc.)

Be proficient in Hungarian, as this is the language of our internal communication

Be at least intermediate in English, as we have international clients as well
