Job Description
We are looking for a Product Growth Analyst to join our Digital Intelligence team in Athens.
Digital Intelligence runs Better Collective’s experimentation and insights program, identifying growth opportunities across key products and supporting product management with data-driven clarity.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who wants to uncover insights, influence product strategy, and contribute to experimentation-driven product development.
If you are passionate about understanding user behaviour, building dashboards that spark action, and using data to guide decisions, this might be the perfect role for you.
Your impact
As a Product Growth Analyst, you will provide the insights foundation for optimisation and product decisions across Better Collective.
Your work will uncover user behaviour patterns, growth opportunities and performance gaps: enabling teams to make informed decisions and, where relevant, explore experimentation opportunities based on evidence.
What you will do?
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data using GA4, MS Clarity and internal tools
• Identify friction points, opportunities and underperforming areas across user funnels
• Build actionable dashboards (Looker Studio) that enable fast, informed decision-making
• Present clear, structured insights to Product, UX, Content and Business stakeholders
• Recommend potential optimisation initiatives or experiments based on data
• Conduct opportunity sizing, KPI deep-dives and performance diagnostics
• Support the preparation of hypotheses through data validation and pre-analysis
• Monitor the impact of implemented changes over time
• Proactively support an experimentation-driven product development mindset
