Job Description

Product Executive is a sales role responsible for driving adoption of New launch Respiratory and Biologic product within assigned accounts through effective selling and account planning.

The role focuses on building long-term relationships with key customers, expanding product presence in target hospitals, and maximizing business opportunities. 

This position requires strong product and disease knowledge, with a clear understanding of the competitive landscape.

The Product Executive works closely with cross-functional teams to support brand strategy across the product life cycle.

Success in this role depends on excellent time management, strong prioritization skills, and high self-motivation to perform in a dynamic environment.

The responsible area is Hybrid between Bangkok + Upcountry majoring in Bangkok/ Chiangmai/ Songkla/ Khonkaen  province.

Typical Accountabilities:

• Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.

• Accountable for effective time management and prioritization to ensure optimal engagement with physicians nationwide or within assigned territories, in line with defined targets.

• Work with Sales Manager, Marketing, Medical and Market Access to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in specific accounts

• Drive sales performance, enlisting new product in targeted accounts and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.

• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales accounts.

• Builds strong, networked relationships throughout account customer organizations, and develops/strengthens key relationships with decision makers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or health science

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or health care/sales, including experience with the different account customer types

• Proficient in English, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in a field-based role managing both BKK and UPC territories,

• Experience managing complex projects.
