The Team

As AI is transforming how we work as a Product & Tech Team at Ankorstore, we are looking for a new kind of engineer role : a Product Engineer.

An engineer who’s more than a coder, capable of end-to-end ownership, from strategy to execution !

Main responsibilities

As a Product Engineer at Ankorstore, your mission is to ship end-to-end features fast-using the best AI tools available, that power our B2B marketplace and service offering, connecting brands with retailers.

You’ll leverage all available tools to move quickly from idea to production, solving real problems for users and driving business impact.

You’ll work in a compact, highly autonomous multidisciplinary team alongside Product, UX, and Engineering and you’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy and engineering, not only to build but also to shape product strategy and user experience.

• Build features from scratch: design, develop, test, and deploy

• Use AI tools to dramatically accelerate development cycles.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Staff Engineers to rapidly deliver impactful product work

• Integrate with Ankorstore’s APIs, ML models, and data to bring value to users

• Lead AI adoption internally, from prompting workshops through production deployment by documentation and prompt libraries

• Continuously experiment and embrace new technologies, particularly in AI, to improve product velocity and effectiveness.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, optimizing application performance.

Success Metrics

• Speed and efficiency in turning user needs into deployed product features by increasing product development velocity

• Direct business outcomes (user engagement, conversion rates, customer satisfaction).

• Contributions to evolving team practices around AI-driven development Active contribution to knowledge sharing and technical documentation.

• Acceleration of delivery cycles through generative AI tools and internal adoption enablement

• Adoption rate and effectiveness of key AI-driven tools and methods

Preferred Experience :

• 5+ years of experience delivering full-lifecycle product features in production environments

• Strong business & product mindset: able to turn user needs into impactful, AI-powered solutions

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering workflows (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Figma MCP)

• Proven ability to work autonomously in small, agile teams with high ownership

• Clear communication skills and a strong bias for action, iteration, and continuous learning

• Bonus: solid experience with modern software development practices, including REST APIs, cloud architecture, CI/CD, monitoring, and frameworks like Golang and Vue

• Product Tools: Figma, Lovable, Jetbrains Junie, Claude Code

• Dev Tools: GitHub, CircleCI, Grafana

• Backend: Golang, PHP, REST APIs

• Front-end: Vue.js, Typescript, Vuex, sass, webpack

• Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Redis, MySQL
