About the role

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and support of our product: S/4 HANA for Financial Products Subledger. This product is designed to assist our customers within the Financial Services industries in achieving compliance with accounting and reporting standards such as IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 and in steering their organizations financially. In this role, you will have a variety of responsibilities to ensure the overall quality and readiness of the product. Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Defining and performing integrated testing of relevant business scenarios end-to-end.
• Assisting the Product Owner in activities such as demos, documentation, training, and tutorials related to the business scenarios supported by our product.
• Conducting testing of new features in parallel with the development sprints to ensure their functionality and reliability.
• Developing and implementing automated tests for important business scenarios to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Supporting the team in analyzing and addressing customer tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions to any issues or concerns.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our cutting-edge product and collaborate with a dynamic Scrum team. Your involvement will span various aspects of the product development lifecycle, ensuring its quality and meeting the needs of our customers.

Requirements:
• Familiarity with software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes as well as understanding of business processes, particularly within the domain of financial accounting.
• An advanced academic degree in Finance, Business Informatics, Computer Science or Natural Science.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to confidently express your ideas and collaborate seamlessly within a team environment. Your ability to drive collaboration will be essential for the success of our projects.
• A willingness to actively engage in agile/scrum development processes, embracing the iterative and collaborative nature of our work.
• A customer-first mindset and a strong sense of teamwork, recognizing the importance of understanding and addressing our clients' needs while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Fluent proficiency in English. Additionally, German language skills are highly advantageous, as they would allow for better collaboration with local stakeholders.
