Product Engineer (m/f/d) – AI & Innovation

We have the product, we have the market fit, now we need you to take the engine to full speed. We're not looking for administrators, we're looking for architects of our growth.

Your Mission:
The intersection of energy and AI is the new frontier. RABOT doesn't just want to "use" AI; we want to integrate it into the core of how customers interact with energy. Intelligent savings predictors, natural-language energy insights, features that make our product feel like magic: someone needs to build them. End-to-end, from napkin sketch to production.

You are that person. A "squad of one" when needed and a collaborator always. You bridge the gap between complex energy data and intuitive user experiences. You move across the full stack (React, C#, Flutter), prototype fast and ship faster. You use AI tools not just to write code, but to build features that were previously impossible.

Your Results:
Month 3 (Ramp-up):• You've shipped your first end-to-end feature across the full stack.
• You've identified an area where AI can optimize our internal workflows or customer-facing product.

Month 6 (Performance):• You have launched a major product initiative from initial sketch to production.
• You've demonstrated how AI-assisted engineering allows you to outpace traditional development cycles.

Month 12 (Scale):• You have built a suite of intelligent features that tangibly improved customer retention or conversion.
• You have set the standard at RABOT for how business-savvy engineering creates market value.

Who we are looking for:
• Pragmatic generalist: You move from a CSS tweak to a backend API optimization to an LLM prompt refinement in a single afternoon. Full-stack isn't a label for you, it's how you think.
• Business mind: You ask "Should we build this?" before "How do we build this?" You understand CAC, LTV and why user experience is the ultimate competitive advantage.
• High agency: You don't wait for a perfectly groomed Jira ticket. You find problems, talk to stakeholders and ship solutions. If something is unclear, you clarify it. If something is broken, you fix it.
• Knowledge sharer: When you discover a workflow, prompt pattern or architectural shortcut that works, you make it available to the team. Building alone is fast; building so others can follow is lasting.

Professional requirements: Solid command of React (TypeScript) and C#/.NET. AI-assisted coding with tools like Claude and Cursor is a core part of your workflow, not an experiment. You have shipped products or side projects that prove you can deliver end-to-end.
