We are looking for a Product Engineer who will take ownership of building and evolving user-facing product experiences that directly impact customer engagement and product adoption. In this role, you will design, develop, and launch intelligent product features that combine strong engineering execution with deep product thinking. You will work across the full technology stack to create seamless, AI-powered user experiences such as personalized recommendations, intelligent workflows, conversational interactions, and contextual user journeys. The role requires a strong bias for shipping high-quality features quickly while continuously improving the product through user feedback and data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate user needs and business goals into scalable technical solutions. As part of a fast-moving product environment, you will contribute to building AI-enabled systems, integrating third-party tools, and optimizing application performance to ensure reliable and engaging user experiences. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and rollout of user-facing product features from concept to launch
• Build AI-powered product experiences such as personalized recommendations, intelligent user flows, and conversational interfaces
• Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, and integrations that power user-facing functionality
• Work across frontend and backend systems to deliver seamless product experiences
• Integrate AI tools, models, and automation systems into real-world user workflows
• Design scalable solutions that ensure performance, reliability, and responsiveness in user interactions
• Instrument features with analytics to monitor user behavior and measure product impact
• Use data insights to continuously improve product functionality and user engagement
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define and deliver new features
• Manage product feature rollouts including experimentation, A/B testing, and phased launches
• Develop reusable components and engineering patterns to accelerate future product development
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge across engineering teams

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience building and launching user-facing digital products
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript with the ability to work across the full stack
• Experience integrating AI tools, APIs, or LLM-based systems into production applications
• Ability to design and build scalable backend services and APIs
• Strong product mindset with an understanding of user journeys, engagement, and feature adoption
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries for data analysis and product insights
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced product development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate product ideas into working technical solutions
• Experience working with modern frontend technologies or mobile-first product environments is a plus
• Familiarity with product experimentation, feature rollouts, and analytics-driven development is beneficial
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
