About the Company
A leading Asia-Pacific energy technology distributor / retailer and one of the few licensed Virtual Power Plant (VPP) operators. With 150+ staff in Australia, 80+ engineers in China, and a functional HQ in Singapore, the company runs a live VPP platform that trades kWh with retail customers via IoT meters. In 2026, the business plans to launch a tokenized energy ecosystem through a new Hong Kong entity, targeting a Nasdaq listing within 2–3 years.

Role Overview
As the first product hire in Hong Kong, you will own the end-to-end product vision, bridging real-world energy operations with blockchain-based tokenization. You will define the user journey, design the MVP, and lead cross-functional execution with engineering, compliance, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and own the product roadmap from concept to commercial launch
● Create product specification mapping kWh generation → token minting → user redemption/trading
● Design user flows for retailers and consumers (non-crypto native)
● Lead beta testing with existing retail/ customer base
● Define KPIs (DAU, TVL, APY) and build reporting dashboards
● Define, hire, and onboard future team members
● Collaborate with IoT engineering (mainland China) and compliance (Singapore)

Required Qualifications
● 5+ years in product management; 3+ years in Web3/DeFi/RWA
● Proven track record launching 0→1 blockchain products with >10,000 users
● Deep understanding of RWA tokenization and asset-backed systems
● Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
● Based in or willing to relocate to Hong Kong

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in energy retail or utility platforms
● Familiarity with Hong Kong SFC regulations (security vs. utility tokens)
