Product Development Operations Coordinator

The Product Development Operations Coordinator supports the effective delivery and continuous improvement of operational processes across the Product Development (PD) organisation

This role provides administrative, coordination, and analytical support across change enablement, finance operations, procurement, and team engagement activities. It is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in Product Development Operations, learning how operational excellence, compliance, and business enablement come together to support product outcomes.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Support coordination and documentation of PD audits and compliance activities, assisting with evidence gathering, reporting, and follow-ups

• Assist in the maintenance of the Change Enablement Practice by preparing updating documentation, and supporting process improvements.

• Help manage PD tooling and knowledge repositories (e.g. Roadmap tools, Confluence/Wiki spaces), ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.

• Coordinate central PD processes (e.g. travel requests, purchase orders, onboarding activities), ensuring alignment with operational standards.

• Support financial and procurement workflows, including data entry,tracking spend, updating supplier information, and generating reports for review.

• Assist in the Tech Evaluation Process (TET) by scheduling sessions, tracking actions, and maintaining clear records of outcomes and decisions.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of RACIs, process maps and standard operating procedures to improve visibility and consistency.

• Help prepare operational and performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for PD Operations leadership.

• Support the organisation of PD-wide meetings, workshops, and engagement events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication

What we are looking for

• Familiarity with ITIL

• JIRA, Confluence

• Organised and methodical

• A proactive problem-solver who operates effectively and independently, even in areas of constant change

• Can handle multiple projects and initiatives in one go

• Collaborative team player
