Serial Development

• Create design solutions for new customer requirements of application projects
• Coordinating new design features with centeral development departments in order to analyze feasibility
• New sub-part design & creation for new customer requirements
• Part list creation for new products in SAP
• CREO 4.0 (CAD) & PDM usage to generalize the new design of application drawings,assembly drawings,raw material & finished part drawings

Customer Change Request for Application Projects

• Evaluation of internal & external customer change requests
• Coordinating design change requests with centeral development departments in order to analyze feasibility
• Structuring design Change request in the system
• CREO 4.0 (CAD) & PDM usage to generalize the design changes of application drawings,assembly drawings,raw material & finished part drawings

Customer Claims & Design Improvement

• Analyzing customer reclamations from technical & design perspective
• Executing technical & design analysis with engineering infrastructure & knowledge such as ergonomi,mechanical,material,engineering calculation methods etc.
• Coordinating design solutions for customer reclamations with centeral development departments in order to analyze feasibility 
• CREO 4.0 (CAD) & PDM usage to generalize the design changes of application drawings,assembly drawings,raw material & finished part drawings
• Ensuring the usage of Know-How in  individual customer projects
• Evaluation of alternative design options,coordinating continues design improvement tasks with centeral development departments
• Revise existing design based on existing manufacturing
• Technicial and design support for localization projects

• BSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering /  Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
• CAD: deep knowledge/experience
• CreoSAP: good knowledge
• Language: English fluent
• Hydraulic knowledge / Mechanic knowledge / tribology knowledge / material (steel,cast) knowledge 
• Knowledge of geometrical tolerance analysis
• Working (2-3 years experience) in similar possition and/or educational experience in hydraulic technologies
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with engineering and technical matters, lead others and take responsibility to resolve problems that may influence the delivery of service in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from others to achieve defined objectives of the role.
• Ability to manage one's own time, set priorities, plan, monitor and organize work in order to meet specific time frames and allocated tasks within the role
• Experience with problem solving methods
