• Provide consultancy to engineering departments on various tools applicable to the product development process (e.g., FMEA, Special Characteristics, DRBFM, Problem Solving) in accordance with standards, ensuring quality and compliance with current Bosch standards.
• Deliver training on various tools applicable to the product development process (e.g., FMEA, Special Characteristics, DRBFM, Problem Solving) with the aim of improving the skills and competencies of the company's engineers.
• Support engineering teams and production support in identifying methods or tools for problem-solving.
• Support the implementation of organizational continuous improvement initiatives using the Lean management methods.
• Project management of continuous improvement projects.(Planning, execution and tracking).
• Continuously develop competency and service development projects in accordance with the strategies defined by the organization, ensuring quality service focused on customer needs.

Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields

Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in the industry in similar roles

Knowledge: FMEA, Special Characteristics, Product Development Process, Project Management

Skills:
